    Get your iPhone ready

    • 1. Back Up Your Device

      Keep your data safe by backing up your device to iCloud or your computer before your appointment.

    • 2. Turn Off Find My iPhone

      This is required before service. It’s quick—we’ll show you how.

    • 3. Sign out of iCloud

      During the repair process your iPhone will be restored. In order to do this, we require your iPhone to be signed out of iCloud.

    • 4. Fully Charge Your Device

      Please charge your device before your appointment so our technicians can run diagnostics without interruption.
