Shipping & Pick up

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation, and our team will start processing your order. After your order has been collected by our courier, delivery is expected within approximately 60 minutes.

If you prefer to receive your order at a specific time, you may select our scheduled delivery option during checkout. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be prepared and delivered on your selected date at approximately your chosen time.

This service is available from Monday till Friday, for orders placed between 9:00 and 16:00 pm. Please note that for Gozo, delivery is expected within 3 working days.

For added convenience, you may choose to collect your order from your preferred iCentre store.

Once your order has been confirmed, our team will prepare it for collection, and you will receive a notification as soon as it is ready. We kindly ask that you wait for this notification before visiting the store.

When collecting your order, you will be required to present a valid identification document that matches the name used when placing the order. This helps us ensure that every order is collected securely and by the correct recipient
