Prepare for your repair

  • 1. Back Up Your Data

    Use iCloud or your computer to back up your device before bringing it in for repair.

  • 2. Turn Off Find My

    Disable Find My iPhone/iPad/Mac in your device settings before your appointment.

  • 3. Remove Cases & Accessories

    Take off any cases, screen protectors, or accessories from your device.

  • 4. Know Your Apple ID

    Have your Apple ID and password ready. You may need them during the repair process.

  • 5. Bring Proof of Purchase

    If your device is under warranty, bring your receipt or proof of purchase.
