Terms and Conditions
The following conditions are required to qualify for the 30 Day Buy & Try scheme at iCentre
Buy & Try - Terms:
- Valid for qualifying business customers. (VAT or company registration number required).
- Exclusive to customers who are purchasing a Mac for the first time from iCentre.
- Valid on all Mac models, except for CTO machines (configure to order), purchased at iCentre.
- Limited to 1 Mac unit per business.
- Valid on cash purchases (not funded).
- Includes free business consultation, training, in-store setup and support.
- Free set up and support are valid in-store only. A fee will be charged for onsite support and setup.
Return Policy:
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your Mac/s purchase you can return the products for a full refund within the 30 day period from date of invoice.
- Before requesting a return you will need to attend a training session for us to assist and try resolve any user problems. The training costs will be covered by iCentre.
- In order to qualify for the refund there should be no user damage to the device. The box and all accessories need to be returned as provided.
- Normal return and refund policy applies if the device is not in its’ original condition.
- Refunds will be done via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to your nominated bank account.
- Refunds are processed within 10-14 working days.
- iCentre will not be liable for any bank charges, taxes, interest and/or any other fees that may be levied against you for the refund.
If any promo items were included with your purchase, they will also need to be returned.
